Does not start and support does not help

I purchased this app due to the news coverage. However, the game does not start on my iPad mini (iOS9), despite some bugfixes and even not with the latest version installed. I emailed support for help but did not get a reply at all. Feels like rip off, to be honest, they charge 6€ for a in my opinion uselss piece of buggy software, and then do not even bother trying to help. Can I get my money back?
